George Michael's Saint-Tropez
A sad loss to the music community & to St Tropez
Yesterday many of us woke up to the sad news of George Michael's death. The pop superstar visited Saint-Tropez many times throughout his life to enjoy the beach clubs during the day and experience its famous clubs during the night.
The former frontman of 80's pop group Wham! and a multi-award winning solo artist, songwriter and record producer, spent many happy years frequenting St-Tropez and his holiday home in Ramatuelle. Enjoying the legendary La Voile Rouge beach club and the infamous Caves du Roy nightclub, Michael formed many close ties during his time here in the 1990's and the early 2000's.
