The restaurant Cucina Byblos, welcomes guests warmly to a colourful and resolutely contemporary setting, in which a relaxed atmosphere reigns supreme.
You will discover a whole host of flavours and aromas that combine to recreate the original and authentic taste of Italian cuisine. On the menu, tasty “Antipasti”, such as bruschetta with octopus & caponata, tasty “Primi” with confit beef cheek paccheri, guanciale and pearl onions or even delicious and generous Roman pizzas that are absolutely irresistible. When the “dolci” arrive, you can trust the new pastry chef of Byblos, Geoffrey Turpin, to discover delicious tiramisu, chocolate pizza or affogato.
